• You may not misuse our services, interfere with their normal operation, or attempt unauthorized access.

3. No Medical Advice

• LuminIL's tools are designed to support healthcare providers, not to replace professional medical judgment.
• Information generated by our AI modules is for clinical support purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.
• Healthcare providers remain solely responsible for decisions regarding patient care.
• Patients should always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns.

4. Intellectual Property

• All content, trademarks, logos, designs, and software associated with LuminIL are the property of LuminIL.ai or its licensors.
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services in accordance with these Terms.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of our services without our prior written consent.

5. Privacy

• Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
• Healthcare providers remain the custodians of personal health information (PHI) collected through our tools and are responsible for compliance with PHIPA and other applicable laws.

• We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services.
• Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and may be subject to separate terms and policies.
